Now Jack didn't know much, but he knew one thing for certain. The man in chains was not Pitch Black.//or//
The sequel no one asked for that ties in the books and redeems Pitch, changing him back to Kozmotis.

Gaia organises a meeting with the Wundrous Society, when Anita tells Morrigan the military are going to work out who she is when she defends Nevermoor in the coming invasion. The Society finds out how important Morrigan is to the angels. They decide that Morrigan, Jupiter and Israfel need to be known as performers to make it harder for the military to take her. They become contestants in the Star of Nevermoor competition. Morrigan and Jupiter are finally allowed to do dance classes at Wunsoc. Jupiter's tap-dancing fetish causes many trips to the broom closet. Morrigan’s hair and eye’s start to change against her will. Morrigan, Jupiter and Izzy attend the Festival of Abundance.

The Muses and the Guardians are allies. When the Muses plan mutiny against their own leader, the Man in the Moon's character begins to come into question as well. Finding their future uncertain, the Guardians need to take a closer look at the past for clarity.
There may be more to the question, "Who are you, Jack Frost?" than previously thought.
The clock is ticking, and a deadline is quickly approaching that has the potential to throw everything into chaos. The answers will come to light regardless of anyone's attempts to keep them deep in darkness.
