When Ichigo returns to the Soul Society to check on Rukia, he ends up battling an unknown enemy who is trying to assassinate her. How can they fight an enemy who seems to know their every move? You grabbed the sack off of his head and all but tore it off, and taking a few hairs whilst you were at it with the way the captive yelled out a curse. The sack fell to the floor as you narrowed your eyes at the man who looked as feral as he sounded just moments before. Wide, primal teal eyes glowed up at you as his fangs bared to you.
“Who the hell are you?” He spat. You turned to Urahara, completely ignoring the crazed man knelt before you.

Summary
Years after mutations ended the world as he knew it, Grimmjow now lives a simple, if lonely, life in the forest. It's mostly quiet, with only the occasional mutant zombie to keep things exciting. It's how he prefers it, really, but Grimmjow isn't alone in the woods, and eventually his past comes knocking. Art in Chapter 2!
Grimmjow doesn’t sleep that night; he stays awake until the dawn’s rays creep through the leaves.
He’s cautious after that. Dozing lightly during the night, prone to waking up at the slightest possibility of movement outside. His supply runs are few and far between, and largely uneventful, but the paranoia eats at him when he does, filled with an ever-pervading sense of being watched.
It fades eventually, as days pass with nothing of note happening. It takes two weeks for Grimmjow to realize that he hasn’t had a single mutated near his house since the incident, something that usually happens once or twice a week.
Something or someone is killing the infected near him.

Orihime's entire being at the moment was defined by regret as she gazed at the tattered, bleeding body of Kurosaki. Bleeding across the white floors of the bathroom, red staining the bathtub where he seemed so small she is scared he will drown in his own blood.
She could have avoided this whole moment; tears streaked her cheeks and chest as she tried to cover the wounds. His faint, stuttering breathe deafened her. If she had not agreed to go with Ulquiorra, never had her useless powers, or just didn't exist. It seemed to be all her fault, but she had to push her self-hatred out as Ichigo grew colder in her shaking hands.
(Or just my torture fic, Ichihime is supposed to be platonic, but you could read it as romantic.)

One month post-war, Orihime despairs that Ichigo remains oblivious to her feelings. Ever the opportunist, Kisuke Urahara provides a "solution": a pair of innocuous white high-heeled boots and a simple plan to orchestrate a "chance" meeting in a secluded alley. All she must do is click her heels together at the right moment.
The plan works perfectly—until the click. A flash of light strips them of their ordinary clothes, leaving Orihime in a scandalously modified version of her battle attire, now missing its skirt and underwear. Ichigo fares worse, left completely naked, his imposing physique and a startlingly large secret now on full display.
Stranded in the city, their desperate journey home becomes a walk of shame and unexpected arousal. Orihime, seeing Ichigo's struggling attempts to hide his staring and his resulting massive erection and gather enough inner strength to tell him that she can take care of his dick for him.
