Five years after the incident with Gryla, Jack O’Malley was living his very best life. He and Cal were still going strong and now engaged to be married. Krampus was, as always, a steady constant in his life. Dylan was an adult now at 18 years old, but still so very young and naïve. Jack’s job at M.O.R.A. was everything he could have ever hoped for. Everything was going great for Jack O’Malley. His life was full of friends and family who loved him- human and not.
But spending so much time with Mythologicals had an impact on him that Jack did not yet understand. One example of said impact was the fact that Jack O’Malley did not have a single additional wrinkle on his face or grey hair on his head since he was kidnapped by Gryla all those years ago. Jack just thought he had good genes.
Someone else picked up on the magic he’s absorbed and Jack finds himself being used as bait to lure out the original sources of said magic that flows within him like blood.

‘Well, well. If it isn’t the hairy goat.’ Callum barely manages to spit then insult out.
He hears the sound of metal striking the ground, fells a hand under his chin that forces him to look up. Krampus gives him a devilish grin, showing off his canines.
Only so Callum can hear he replies, ‘Hairy. That’s the best you’ve got? I thought you liked hairy things.“
“Let’s keep this official alright?” Callum can’t hide the warmth in his face, not in this position. He really wished he could’ve done this unchained and in private.
