Summary
Denmark has undergone so much change over the past weeks, and while Ophelia would like to simply ignore the changing of the winds, her father and brother grow more and more concerned by the coughing sickness she has. While she assures them that it isn't the flower-sickness and that it's simply the changing seasons, she knows that the flowers pouring from her lips can only last so long. Ideally, she would share her plight with Hamlet, and their courtship would bloom in the open to heal her, but with his grief, her father and brother have forbidden her from continuing to see him. Not only that, but Hamlet has seemingly gone mad with the grief he has from the loss of his father. With no good choices, Ophelia finds herself caught up in the machinations of those around her, no matter the tragic end it sends her towards.

This is my first fic and I wrote it at 3 am.
It had been months since he had last seen Hamlet and somehow Hamlet had ruined everything. First his father was killed and then his sister drowned, driven mad by heartbreak. And at fault for each of these deaths was Hamlet. And he was going to get revenge.
Once upon a time, Laertes loved Hamlet. Kind, charming Hamlet. The one constant in his life, next to his family. They had been young and Laertes had fallen headfirst in love with him.
