Summary
Twenty years after the events of what became known as the City of Fear incident and the apparent death of Bruce Wayne, Gotham City has given rise to Neo Gotham, complete with new technologies, new sciences, new fashions... and a new breed of criminal that fears nothing and no one, now that Batman is dead and Red Hood, Nightwing, and Red Robin are retired, causing the city to spiral further into the abyss once more, with the corrupt elite further worsening the state of the city.
However, the wheels of fate begin to turn when a young man named Terry McGinnis gets himself in trouble a criminal, and as a result, gets chased by a group of thugs onto the front lawn of what used to be Wayne Manor, now owned by late billionaire's "identical twin," Matthew 'Matches' Malone, where he has a fateful encounter with the old timer.

Summary
In their world, people were connected by the marks on their skin, soulmarks. The different colors had different meanings, from platonic and familial to romantic, but one thing that stood firm between them all was that when a soulmate died, the mark of the survivor turned black, the flesh raised like a scar. Tim had felt six of his soulmates die before he had turned eighteen.
He had never expected that the first of his soulmates would come back from the dead, seeking to harm him for wearing the suit that the other had died in. It was because of this that he never told the other of the connection, even as they started getting along years down the line.
Now, a mission where Tim has to call in another of his marks leads him to having to do just that. -

Summary
Why is Batman the only one who gets to adopt a kid? The Joker and Harley decide it's time to add to the family and adopt (kidnap) a daughter off the streets of Gotham, turning her into their own homemade brand of psychopath. Gotham's not ready for the havoc this wrecks. And of course, dear Bruce has a bit of a saviour complex so he just can't help himself, even if she is a new addition to the Clown's family.
I'll try and update often, aiming for 5+ chapters with this one.

Jason’s decking another assassin, not even trying to be gentle at this point, when the temperature plunges. It doesn’t happen slowly, either. One second, it’s a normal August night, and the next, it feels like it’s the middle of winter— only slightly too warm for snow, the cold biting at your nose.
“So I was just passing by, seeing the sights and all of that,” a disembodied voice says, “but I noticed you have a bit of a ninja infestation? And a lot of death magic, and I mean a lot, and it’s stemming from these guys. Want some help?”
He can’t hold back his grin. “Sure,” Jason says, “why not?”
A laugh echoes around the street as a floating figure appears before him. They’re ethereal, a blue-tinted face framed by white hair that defies gravity, wearing form fitting black clothes that leave little to his imagination. Even without knowing their name, Jason has a fair idea of who they are.
