Summary
“Do you ever miss her? Sister Bernadette, I mean….”
Tilting her head to the side, Sister Julienne tries to choose just the right words to encourage her friend.
“My dear, I do not miss Sister Bernadette, because you and she are one in the same.......you are far, far happier now, than you ever were as a member of this Order. You exude a quiet joy that is a blessing to all who know you, and instead of helping others bring children into the world, you now spend your days raising the three you’ve been blessed with. Your vocation changed, but you did not disobey the calling the Lord placed in front of you.”-
On a summer day in 1958, an accident almost takes the life of Sister Bernadette, and though she survives, she has no memory of her life as a nun. This is the story of the life she builds afterwards--a life with Patrick, with their children, and with their dear friends and colleagues.

*Spoilers for Series 14, Episode 4*
July 1970
In the same AU where Delia and Patsy returned to Poplar in July 1967, three years later (having found themselves caring for baby June Lasley just a month ago), Phyllis enlists them to support young wheelchair user, Andrew Trottwood, at Cubs – and, by extension, his mother Jill.
What follows is an evening of fluffy family- and friendship-related fun and feels, fuelled by empathy, compassion and the relief that comes from the revelation of shared experiences.

Summary
The lovely montage of each person coming together to care for Baby June in S14 E3 nearly moved me to tears, and it got me wondering how each of these women have considered motherhood for themselves at their respective stage in life. Each chapter will focus on a different person as they care for Baby June while she recovers from surgery in the Maternity Home. Starts with Millicent, but will have a chapter for Rosalind, Shelagh, Phyllis, Sister Julienne, and Sister Vernoica.

Summary
A reimagining of the season 11 episode 7 and 8 train scenes in Call the Midwife with an OC added in. A few things are changed here and there, but it's my version of the events shown in the episodes. Things play out mostly the same, but the additions of a new character brings a new perspective. Anne sees what we see in the episode, but her thoughts, feelings, and descriptions of the events give insight into what it really would have been like.

Summary
"Our miracles come in pairs, it seems. Last time, I received my memories back the same night we were blessed with Teddy. This time, I survived this train crash, and we have been blessed with this little one, whomever they may be."
The same day he survives the train crash, Patrick also finds out that he and Shelagh are expecting another baby, which is quite a shock. What follows is a year full of grief and joy, sorrow and surprises, hope and healing.
This story picks up where the previous story left off, as a re-write of the Series 11 finale; will cover the Christmas Special; and then will mainly be a re-write of Series 12. It will focus on Shelagh and Patrick as they deal with unexpected changes and challenges, the beautiful friendship between Shelagh and Sister Julienne, and--similarly to the first work in this series--as much hurt/comfort as I can fit into the sequel. :)
NOTE: As of 12/28/2025, I have finished fixed the formatting of this story, removing the blockquotes.

Summary
Set after the 2022 Christmas special.
After her fall, Frances is sent back to the Mother House in Chichester to recover. The thought of leaving Poplar was daunting, but the promise of rest and a heartfelt reunion with a dear friend is keeping her from falling apart. Seeing Hilda again is the best Christmas present Frances could have asked for, though she can't help but long for Nonnatus at the same time.
