It's been months since everyone's escaped Forsaken, and life is...Well it's been great for some but terrible for others.
Sixer's doing rather well, with the war now over they've gotten a great job and enough financial stability to own a house in the rich part of the city.
Slasher hasn't been so lucky. He's struggling to overcome the harsh conditioning Area 51 put him under, and he's found difficulty in trying to even pay his share of rent for the crappy apartment he shared with his friends.
But the two cross paths once more when Guest 666 finds herself stranded in the poorer part of the city and doesn't have anyone else to ask for help except for Slasher- Who's forced himself to help him get back home. Or maybe he just wants an excuse to see them again?

The beeping sound of the monitor still rings in his ear. The smell of that specific room still lingered in his nostrils. That tired expression they've had for months. It scares him. He can't help but admit it.
"Do I think they have a chance of surviving?" he retold himself, deeply contemplating this time. "I hope so."
This is the first where he noticed he left an extra spot beside him, by habit he assumes. A spot that someone used to fill. A spot for someone who will sit with someone who isn't his anymore. A spot for someone who wouldn't be here anymore.

"You're weak" A familiar, deep, glitchy voice spoke from above him.
He was faintly aware of footsteps approaching. "Just from one hit you're on your knees" 1x1x1x1x mocked, dragging his swords on the floor as he crept closer. "Whatever happened to your fighting spirit, oh great Telamon?" They tilted their head upwards to stare down at the weak form squirming.
"I..." He wheezed out, squinting up at the killer through quick blinks. His vision was swimming, barely able to make out the killer's form and if they were standing still or creeping closer. "I'm bored" He chuckled (though it sounded like a sob) as blood trickled down his lips. "What's the point, right?" His eyes were able to stay open long enough to see 1x1x1x1x tilt their head and take the remark into consideration.
Shedletsky had grown quite bored of the perpetuity of his life. What better way to break out of the repetition than to seek the help of 1x1x1x1x, who seemed to feel the same way?

A mess born from guilt and the preaching of a cult which should have been destroyed by Builderman long ago. Azure had always been the one to see something beautiful in that mess, and no matter how much hatred clouded his mind he could never stand to see his flower wilt.
