Geralt was inclined to wipe the smug grin off Ewald’s face with a punch. Instead, he asked, “How are we supposed to find one man in that city? Velda’s big.”
Ewald shrugged, showing just how little he cared for Geralt’s struggle. He turned and made to descend the stairs. “Maybe they’ll be able to help you at the palace. I think they’re missing a plumed purple hat there.”Geralt merely intended to spend a few quiet weeks at the Chameleon to catch up with his friends. But when the century old skull of a famous jester is stolen from Dandelion, he and Geralt set out to retrieve it, following a mysterious stranger across the Northern Realms, and even further.

Her shocking white hair was shaved short on the back and sides while a bundle of thick curls sat atop. Geralt was surprised to see her in such heavy armor, it was like she was dressed to bear the colds atop a summit. He was sure to keep an eye on the steel sword in her hand, and the humming medallion around her neck.
Geralt noticed his medallion was humming too...."

There is a common misconception that Kiyan doesn’t have friends outside of the Caravan, that the only people he’ll put up with are Cats. That’s not entirely true, whether they’d believe it or not. There's another witcher that Kiyan knows, outside of his family. (And, yes, they are his family. Why not? Doesn't he deserve one?)
Or: a few times that Kiyan and Eskel have met and grown closer, over the years. (It's cuter than the tags make it look, but they are there for a reason.)
