Wind is an older sibling. He knows how important it is to need someone to dote on. He’ll take that role for his brothers.

On the third anniversary of his death, Hylia's son was kidnapped, and a prophecy declared that Hylia's beloved world would fall to Demise's Calamitous curse unless her hero stood in the way. Problem was, with her husband and son gone, Hylia had no hero to save the various kingdoms of her world. And so she had to make one.
In the end she made three. Three heroes who could be her sons if she didn't lose herself in her grief first.
