Shane ripped his own mic pack off, the velcro tearing loud in the silence. He slammed it onto the table, the sound sharp. "We're not shooting like this." His voice shook with fury. "I'm not doing this."
Ryan stood frozen for a heartbeat, fists trembling, chest heaving. Then, with a sudden surge of anger, he yanked his own mic free and hurled it to the floor.
"Fine," he muttered, his voice breaking. "Neither am I."
