Like Spider-Man, they keep the city safe and, from what we have gathered in the last two months, only one of them has access to magic or has enhanced abilities, which is Jason Todd. Again, as mentioned by Grayson before, Todd was the one who came into contact with our already known symbiote Venom, a high-risk subject if not handled properly.
"Spider-Man added some details on the handling of the symbiote, which read, and I quote: 'Unnaturally quick to bond with the host, responsive but strangely docile compared to my experience with the alien. Seems like the symbiote and the host have a proper balance in their presence, and it looks like Red Hood doesn't break a sweat in controlling when the alien is presenting outside his body.'
