Three weeks post-Deadpool & Wolverine, the TVA need our two, um, heroes(?) to go on another journey through space and time to Earth-28024 - to find a Wolverine that has turned a tiny problem into a gargantuan fuck up.

"What's that?" he hesitated to ask, afraid of the answer.
Knowing Wade, any living creature he lugged back to New York was likely an alien or some mutant animal he considered too cute to kill, and Peter couldn't afford to replace a slimed-on-and-or-chewed-up work outfit right now.
"You might wanna sit down for this," Wade said.

Summary
Stuck at sea amongst the noble X-Men, Logan wishes he could be anywhere else. He is nothing like Scott or the other mutants sailing across the Indian Ocean, taking him away from where he would like to be. Madripoor. Honestly he’d rather throw herself to the bottom of the ocean than deal with them for another minute. Which in the end turns out to be more of a literal situation than a figure of speech.

"Jason Todd and Richard Grayson are, as they said previously, vigilantes. Like Spider-Man, they keep the city safe and, from what we have gathered in the last two months, only one of them has access to magic or has enhanced abilities, which is Jason Todd. Again, as mentioned by Grayson before, Todd was the one who came into contact with our already known symbiote Venom, a high-risk subject if not handled properly.
"Spider-Man added some details on the handling of the symbiote, which read, and I quote: 'Unnaturally quick to bond with the host, responsive but strangely docile compared to my experience with the alien. Seems like the symbiote and the host have a proper balance in their presence, and it looks like Red Hood doesn't break a sweat in controlling when the alien is presenting outside his body.' End quote."
Some eyes in the room widened in surprise while Jason felt a snort escaping him.

In which Logan accidentally volunteers to help babysit the latest addition to the Xavier Institute, a strange new student that was quite literally left on their doorstep. However, this student isn't quite a "student" at all; it is a weapon left without a handler. Unfortunately, the new mutant now thinks Logan is his handler. Even more unfortunately, Logan knows more about this situation than he would like to.AKA an AU that embellishes on the fact that Kurt was being used as a weapon by Stryker at the beginning of X2, turning the situation into a recovery scenario that ends up helping both Kurt and Logan overcome their Weapon X conditioning.
