Today would've been like any other day, if the Morning Crew hadn't noticed Philza's lack of replies towards all greetings when the comms announced his presence. Or how he wasn't in the house or bunker atop the Wall.So off to find him they go! But once they do...
... the sight greeting them is of him all in white, the telltale sign of having taken the Federation's 'Happy Pills'. Only his behavior was nowhere alike that of the previous "patients".So it is up to them, soon joined by other people, to find out Phil's reasons for taking the medicine, and perhaps do more than just give him the antidote to fully heal him.
However, nobody ever anticipated the *other* changes that are slowly occurring in Quesadilla, changes that not even the Federation could prevent...Series

"Fit?" Pac murmured, soft and gentle. "Fit, are you okay?"
And oh.
𝘖𝘩.That voice. It had sung him to sleep in shadowed dreams, sweat and moisture clinging to dirty skin through nights spent sleeping on a filthy cavern floor, alone. Pac, asking 𝘩𝘪𝘮 if he was okay, even after everything. Fit had never felt like this before, and he knew he never would with anyone else again. Pac’s gaze lit him on fire- every nerve in his body 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 in a way that he hadn’t felt even during all those times his unscarred flesh had tasted the fierce sting of lava back during the old wars. This was different. It was glorious, it was holy, it was unlike anything else in this world, it was salvation and sin both at the same time. Fit forced himself to swallow away the tremors raking through his body, fighting for the last piece of his composure which he had managed to cling to, knowing deep in his heart that it was all futile.

Or, a re-write of the Happy-Pills Arc ending in which Fit is there holding Pac as he is cured, and is faced with the realization that he never got the chance to tell him he loved him. Pac's near-death experience forces them to talk about everything after Pac finally wakes up after a week. -

Summary
Most people on the Island didn't know Fit had a prosthetic arm.
Not at first, anyways.
It was easy to mistake his prosthetic for a gauntlet or even part of his armor if someone wasn't paying close attention to it, and Fit wasn’t inclined to correct them. He had no real reason to hide it of course, not here on Quesadilla Island, but Fit had always been a private person and frankly: it was nobody's damn business.

Fit grits his teeth. "Before you say anything, I'm not gonna kiss Pac to try and break out of this time loop."
There's a moment of petulant silence as Tubbo frowns at him and Fit glares back with a finely honed I'm-not-mad-I'm-just-disappointed face. Finally, Tubbo sullenly drops his gaze.
"I wasn't going to suggest that anyways. I was just spitballing some ideas."
"You've brought it up literally every loop I've told you about my predicament. Excuse me if I'm a bit testy."

With no help or pointers as to what happened to Fit in the time he was missing.
