Summary
Hatchetfield was a strange little island town, surrounded by supernatural myths, inexplicable events, corruption, and mysterious posters with sayings such as “I hope you enjoy the island”. When a group of Brazilian tourists — who themselves have a lot of secrets to keep — visit the island, one of them, Cellbit, is haunted by bad feelings and violent nightmares. He knows something is wrong, but he can’t point at what it is, exactly.
Moved by uneasiness, curiosity and a love for mysteries, Cellbit starts investigating Hatchetfield and its residents, meeting new people, reencountering old friends, making allies and defying evil and powerful forces. In spite of that, Cellbit is also able to enjoy the island, partially because of a charming Mexican gift shop employee, who coincidentally looks very similar to one of the performers from the drag bar Las Casualonas.

It was surprisingly hard to keep a vigilante presence off the radar.
Somehow, it was when Tommy was using his identity that could literally turn invisible, that he’d been almost immediately clocked by the heroes. He’d really only been just starting to have a presence when the heroes cornered him about it. Surprisingly, instead of attempting arrest, they’d recruited him. And who was he to say no to free access to the hero database and nice bathrooms?
One power per secret identity, that was his rule, and he still had a couple more up his sleeve. The heroes could have one. As a treat. He was generous like that. He’d just take more care to keep his other identities off the radar.
Simple.
If only things worked out as planned. Somehow, it hadn’t taken long for his next vigilante persona to be noticed as well, though not by heroes this time.

Tommy can't help wanting to help, and he keeps getting powers so why not have more than one secret identity, yeah? Hero, vigilante, villain, coffee barista, and maybe one other.

A Cunning Fox...Max has been looking on expanding his entertainment offerings at his Club, broadening his reach. Something a bit more... Clothed. His Co-parent introduced his friend who just moved back to the city after an extended disappearance for "life re-calibration" with an ethereal voice (Dan's words) who takes to the stage like and otter to water. The eggs (which are human dragon hybrids) have been rescued from an experimental lab ran by the federation. They used to be human before, but many are too young to remember life before their sharp teeth, claws, wings, and scales. The children come to find out many of the adults who had rescued them came from places very similar, and for once in their lives, the adults around them actually seem to want to help.

Fit tries his best to help the local police station find homes for the load of children they rescued, and along the way he finds two specific boys wiggle their way into his heart, along with a handsome man in a blue hoodie.
