Summary
Fit has never had a padawan who lasted more than a week, not until Ramón. The padawan has returned from over a year fighting on the frontlines of the Clone Wars, where his old master died. The Jedi Council hopes that the mentorship of Fit, and working in the Archives will help his mental turmoil that the war has caused.

Fit re-enters the house, closing and locking the door behind him. He leans against the counter, maybe he got a promotion, or a office upgrade– he really needs that.
His blood runs cold as he reads the inside of the letter.
Or, Fit, freshly out of the wasteland, lives a normal-ish life with his boyfriend until he gets a ominous message that would turn his life upside down for the worse.

He felt every muscle inside him wither, as if all the bruises on his body were pressed together tightly at once, as if his joints were so stiff that if he moved them he would break all the bones.
“You’re still alive, as expected.” It was the first thing he heard coming out of Madagio’s ‘mouth’ after… he didn’t know exactly how much time had passed. Weeks? Definitely. Months? Maybe a few. Years? He hoped with all his might that it hadn’t come to that.
“I’m sorry for making you wait down there.” Anger began to bubble in his stomach like lava in an active volcano, his jaw clenched, he felt all his teeth pressing against his gums and causing more pain.“I was completely immobile for two months-” He hoped he had timed it right. “-to conserve energy…” He growled against the echo of the cave, feeling the explosion of anger coming. “AND ALL YOU SAY IS SORRY?!?!?!”

Madagio gives Fit a new mission, but things don't go according to plan and nothing on the island has remained the same since his departure.

“Is it okay if I ask you some things?” Pac asks, arms crossed over the bar table. His cheeks are flushed from downing several beers. Fit is in a similar state, since with the lack of other guests to entertain, he decided to follow suit.
“You already did.” Fit says with a cheeky smile, then makes a waving motion with his hand. “But sure, go ahead. Ask away.”
Pac smiles back, leaning closer, eyes attentive and curious.
“Why a tavern?”

“I think you’re a superhero.”
Fit blinks. Blinks again. He lets the laughter rise out of his chest, one hand resting over his heart as he chuckles. Then, after a long beat, he realizes Pac is not laughing. In fact, neither is Mike.
“You’re serious.” He says, more of a question than a statement, but fueled by the same uncertainty.
OR; Fit has the ability to survive anything. And in a world where Superheroes are coveted for their abilities, that can make him a lot of money. Money, that in turn, can help out the people who took him in at his lowest. The problem is; Everything comes at a price and not every price is monetary.

Fit was oh-so-tired. But he couldn’t let himself sleep. If he slept, his boss might come back, and he couldn’t let that happen. So instead, he stared up at the sun, wincing at its harshness. Wishing he was anywhere but where he was.
The cave smelled of blood and decay, but Fit couldn’t let it bother him. It was his own choices that got him here, he couldn’t let it bother him. It wouldn’t change anything, anyway.
So he sat there, at the bottom of the cave, waiting.

It started with the little things. First, it was not being in control of his hands. Then it was going to strange places Pac had never heard of. Not even places out of the ordinary, just new, odd places. The tipping point, though, was when the other’s feelings began to bleed into his own.
By the end of the week, he rarely had a moment where he was in control of his own mind, let alone his body.

What was he doing? Allowing a foreign prince into the confines of his castle, letting his guard down and even allowing him near his own son? He had already endangered Ramon enough by allowing a servant from said prince’s land to enter, so how could he possibly risk the same thing to happen again? Not to his precious baby boy, not to the light of his life, not to the only child he’s ever had the blessing to nurture.
But Pac isn’t just a foreign prince. There’s something about him, something alluring that Fit could never seem to put his finger on. Perhaps it was the way he put himself in direct danger, walking right into the trap of enemy territory just to propose a deal– or the way he always kept his promise, even at the risk of his own family? The veteran knew there was much more to it than that, but he would never dare to acknowledge it, burying these strange emotions into the depths of his heart. Pac had somehow held a chokehold on him, despite their meetings being but a fleeting moment in the midst of chaos. -

Fit woke feeling warm and safe for the first time in ages. No nightmares, no waking up in the
middle of the night or anything. Just a good, solid sleep. Keeping his eyes closed, he took a moment to bask in the feeling of being well-rested, a rare commodity given his past. Dimly he registered that Pac must have already woken up, the other side of the bed was empty. And, he realized, confusion growing, there was a solid weight on his chest. Odd. He shifted, and his blood turned to ice as whatever it was meowed in protest.Or, Fit wakes up with a cat on top of him and understandably panics.

Summary
With Fit's upcoming deadline, tensions and stress has been high for both Fit and Pac. A lazy morning together is just what they needed.
Instead, Pac's cats only serve to remind Fit of the upcoming stressor, and the half-awake state of his mind doesn't help differentiating Pac's cats from Madagio's.

While Pac, Fit, and Ramón were waiting in the train station, they heard a struggling cat under one of the benches. Upon closer inspection, Pac found a white cat hiding from them. Bruised and bleeding, he doesn't have the heart to leave it out alone in Quesadilla's cold night.

Good news is that one of the mercenary's troupe seems to like him, even though Fit despises that child for getting him kidnapped in the first place.

The anarchist is caught off guard by the question from his handsome boyfriend, lying beneath the stars atop the castle he received as a gift from his son. The waning moon highlighted Pac’s handsome features, the alcohol awash within his stomach certainly not helping his attraction to the man at his side.
It was the day after his birthday party, this evening was just for them. Ramón and Richarlyson had left a few hours ago, invited to the Town of Fobo for a sleepover by Leo and Sunny. On a date they both planned as a celebration for Fit’s birthday, they ended up on this balcony after finishing a whole bottle of Aypierre’s wine between them.

Fit and Pac get married and have their happily ever after with their family and friends, as they deserve.
