Summary
Esmerlada Avellan-Cortez is the eldest child of the famous couple, Ingrid Avellan turned Cortez and Gregorio Cortez. They were the revolution in their time. Two separate agents from different countries during a huge "war". They were each other's assignments but I guess love won that round. Carmen wasn't their first child. It was Esmerlada. Esmerlada mostly known for her middle name 'Estrela' was different from her siblings. She became an agent before the Junior Spy Division even existed. She knew about her parents secret lives unlike her siblings. Her parents knew that it was time to tell her despite her only being 5 years old. As time passed on, someone caught her eye. The known bad boy of the Spy Kids installment and soon to be Junior Spy Division level 3 agent Gary Giggles. Gary Giggles and Estrela were familiar with each other since they met at a family gathering. This gathering consisted of all OSS agents and just family in general. Francesca Giggles was her primary godmother so if anything were to happen to her parents and there was no body else she would stay with the Giggles'. The two would soon date but that was only the beginning...
This is her story in all three movies and beyond.
