Well, he has to learn that the Elder Brother has got even more in store for him, and before Sandor can think twice, he's turned into... a male mommy. And his little babies are tiny, furry and in dire need of his gentle care. One may ponder whether it isn't actually good they're deaf at the beginning. ;-)

8-17-2015: On hiatus in favor of another story. Plan to go back someday when the muse returns and edit chapters heavily and then change some events and dialogue!
