“So… you really are applying for a sabbatical to run around the elemental nations as an, ahem, horny civilian?” Shikaku leafs through the papers, looking with despair at the perfectly neat penmanship. The annoyance of everyone in his life (including Gai) thinking he should be doing literally anything with his life except ANBU has dulled, so he can enjoy their flabbergasted looks when he decides to do something stupid.
This is a deeply, horribly, stupid idea. Kakashi knows this. However, Kakashi is also nineteen, and thus allowed to do stupid things like fucking his way across the Elemental Nations.
(It might even have worked, if he hadn't accidentally-on-purpose seduced the Shadow Mizukage.)

It brings to mind of a one Umino Iruka, but there's no reason it shouldn't: this woman is that young man, just disguised — barely hiding himself from familiar faces with a simple outfit change, and his lips painted red.
Hound wonders if he wants to kiss him just because the lipstick is drawing his attention (doubtful, he's never really been drawn to looking at people's lips), or if he thinks their disguises gives him a good enough excuse to give in to the want (likely, he's been wanting to kiss Iruka for ages). -

Mount Hokage holds memories that only sakura flower can revive. “And though sakura flowers always wither, they always bloom the following year”, a travelling photographer told him one day. Even though, deep down, Iruka knew it's always been him.
