Makishima had never seen Toudou anxious before. In fact, he'd barely seen Toudou experience a negative emotion at all, but right now, Toudou was sitting across from him, knee bouncing anxiously.
"I like you, Maki-chan." He blurted finally.
"You like girls." Makishima protested dumbly.
And Toudou did. Makishima couldn't count the times in the past where he'd had to listen to Toudou describe his type, or watch as he pointed out girls on the street. And sure, they were all cute, or hot, or beautiful, but Makishima had figured out a long time ago that he wasn't attracted to them as Toudou undoubtedly was.

"He’s been hounding me all day ever since he found out I was sick-sho…” Makishima groaned, before peeking his eyes out from his hands. “Can someone answer for me? Tell him I’m in bed and asleep, or something, I just want him off my case.”
“I’ll do it,” Junta volunteered, reaching for the cellphone before his hand stopped. A devious thought crossed his mind, one that he can’t say he was proud of, but damn if he wasn’t going to act upon it.
“Well?” Makishima said, glaring slightly. “Answer it.”
“Of course, Makishima-san.” He cooed, picking up the phone and hitting the ‘Answer’ button. “Hello?”
“Ah, Teshima-kun!” Toudou’s high, sharp voice cut through the speakers, “is Maki-chan there? I heard he came to school sick, and I want to make sure he gets home safe and such!”
“Of course, Toudou-san, I’ll hand the phone to Makishima-san now.” He couldn’t help the sly smirk that crossed his features at Makishima’s horrified facial expression, but instead of handing the phone over to him, he simply raised it back up to his ear, murmuring, “Hello?” in his now somewhat famous(or infamous, depending on who you ask) Makishima impression.
