Summary
Welcome back to readers from Act 1. If you're new here, well met! My BG3 fanfic with a (relatively) emotionally well-adjusted Tav. There's a lot about half-orc Thenbara's backstory and stronghold, including her (hopefully funny) inner dialogue/internal monologue. I've created lots of my own orcish anatomy, lore and language, while still trying to be faithful to D&D/Forgotten Realms content and rules.
While much of the game is mentioned, the story mostly revolves around the companions' relationships to Thenbara and each other, with heaps of non-game/extra-canon dialogue. While it's generally canon compliant, I do tweak the odd thing here and there, adding in things that I wish were in the game. NSFW, smut in Chapters 2, 10 and 11, a little bit in 15. Many spoilers for Baldur's Gate 3 Act 2 gameplay. Relationship and general tags will be updated as we go.
Applicable content warnings posted at the beginning of each chapter, but please request any you think need to be there. Translations of Orcish words and phrases in the notes at the end. Chapters average 4000-5500 words. Not beta-read, but I do my best to proofread before posting. Comments greatly appreciated, the more detailed the better. I hope you enjoy.

Summary
A collection of one-shots following my Baldur’s Gate mains — Revna, a Wood Elf Spore Druid; Athios, a Lolthite Drow Monk Durge; and a few familiar souls who wander in from their stories.
It’ll include post-canon events, flashbacks, glimpses of their pasts, a mix of angst and comfort—and a fair dose of tasteful smut.
Tags will be added as the collection grows and new stories find their place, they won't follow a specific order.

Summary
Halsin had never imagined someone could be that beautiful, even if covered in sweat and dirty, panting after the exhausting fight she had to endure for protecting the portal he opened for saving Thaniel. Leto’s hair was tied in a high ponytail, something he had seen her do rarely, only in moments she needed to be focused, like when they were planning the assault on Moonrise Tower with Jaheira and her Harpers. On that occasion he noticed a tiny birthmark on the base of her neck that was usually hidden under that fierce mane of flaming hair. He had to gather all his forces not to lean closer and kiss it. He could not fool himself any more: he was attracted to that human girl that entered his life as a chaotic tornado of colors and laughs, the young druid that was wiser than him yet had the same enthusiasm of a child when seeing the first snow falling.

Summary
"The shadowed sun shall wed broken dusk,
The Weaves shall fray, the gods shall rust.
Through strife and love, all realmspace to save—
The eclipse endures, though all else may fade.So sayeth the wise Alaundo."
---
First, there was Ves—a half-drow bard hopelessly in love with Gale Dekarios, the wizard from Waterdeep. Their bond, born of shared trials across the Sword Coast, was unbreakable. So deeply did Ves love Gale that he sacrificed everything, even his mortal life, to remain by his side.
Now, as Moonshadow, God of the Eclipse, he is Gale’s divine partner, yet feels like a shadow in the path of Gale’s relentless ambition. Ascension has become a burden, and Moonshadow longs for the simplicity of his mortal life—of simply being Ves, Gale’s lover, free of celestial duties.
A long overdue promise to revisit Faerûn stirs those old desires, making Moonshadow yearn for a life he can never reclaim.

Summary
Shar and Ketheric Thorm were the ones to cast the curse that transported Thaniel to the Shadowfell, Halsin was the one who vowed to bring him back no matter what the cost, and the undead Harpers were the ones to attack the portal. And most would say everything that followed- Halsin getting trapped in the Shadowfell for a decade, his body transformed, personality radically altered, and memories almost all gone- was simply down to bad luck.
Not Kiaran, though. He had been the one to fail in defending the Druid he so cared for; he had missed that last fatal wave of Harpers attacking the portal until it was too late. In the end, all of this was his fault. It's his responsibility now to right the wrong he allowed to come to Halsin, but unfortunately, broken people are notoriously difficult to mend.
But maybe the two broken people would find it easier to heal their wounds together than alone? -

Summary
Halsin had stepped valiantly into a portal that blinked out of existence when their party was overwhelmed in combat. They hadn’t been close all those years ago, but Halsin had been the first to die, and Astarion would be the last as he was always destined to be. There was something meaningful in that.
Immortality leaves one with rather a lot of years to keep track of. 150 years since saving the realm. 146 years since marrying Wyll. 79 years since becoming a widow. 13 years since the last of his former companions passed on without him.
Of all the things Astarion has suffered in his long life, the one blow he's no longer capable of weathering is suffering all on his own. When he finds his way to the Shadow-Cursed lands in search of place to waste away in peace, the last thing he expects to find is a kindred spirit in similar need of healing.

Summary
A “renowned healer,” the others in the Emerald Grove called him. Astarion didn’t really understand what that meant at first because Halsin’s healing magic honestly isn’t that much more impressive than a cleric’s. Now, he gets it. Everything the druid does is calculated, intentional, and all done for the benefit of others. It’s subtle, too—done with the stealth of a seasoned rogue…
And no one notices—except for Astarion; he notices because in his world such a thing is quite out of place—nothing like it was ever allowed to take root in the master’s palace; Halsin’s kindness is as radiant as the Morninglord’s monastery and just as deadly to ancient darkness.
Astarion isn’t the only beast in camp. Halsin is a werebear and guardian of nature. Astarion is a product of the Shadowfell’s darkness. They form an uneasy truce but later, in their similarities as well as their differences, find love and understanding, too.
Or: where Halsin also needs support and Astarion is the unlikely answer.

Summary
In the heart of the Shadow-Cursed lands, Kaeana finds herself giving comfort in the only shape that asks for nothing - soft-pawed, voiceless, and close. As Halsin wrestles with the weight of a dying forest and a druid’s silent grief, she becomes a quiet constant beside him, night after night. He never asks who she is. She never tells.
But secrets, like curses, have their breaking points.
This is a story of unspoken devotion, of healing born in silence, and of two souls walking parallel paths through sorrow, war, and the slow, tender return of light. Before Baldur’s Gate and declarations, before choices are made - there was this: a cat who stayed, a druid who hoped, and a bond that deepened without a single word.

Summary
The truce that Shadowheart and Cyrene had forged between them was a tenuous, fragile little thing, where much was left unsaid, where actions were taken with delicate secrecy, and eyes turned aside because they had agreed they did not want to destroy what little they had built together with hotly spoken words they could not take back once they were said. That promise however had been made in sun-kissed lands where it was far easier to ignore the ramfications of what it meant to worship the Lady of Loss, but now they were steeped in Shar's misery, in Shar's cruelty, and there was no more ignoring the death that stretched out in all directions no matter where it was they walked. The sins that had been wrought in Reithwin, in Moonrise, could not be ignored, could not be forgiven, and when silence became tacit approval, even a woman without faith found that she had reached the limits of what it was she could abide from a devout Sharran.
