Summary
19 year old Asher is excited to start his summer vacation at the beach with his friends. Away from the stress of college. Close to the beach he is in a terrible accident.
Asher wakes up in the hospital, disoriented. His mother tells him he had been in an accident, causing his motorcycle to veer off the road. He's upset but tries to keep his spirit high.
While recovering he comes across another patient named Kale. Kale is quiet at first but opens up to Asher. When they get closer, Kale reveals to Asher why he is a long term patient at the hospital.
Asher takes it upon himself to bring more sunshine into Kale's life and over time the naturally got closer...maybe a little too close. They both feel it, but neither of them name it, both scared.
One day Kale tells Asher that his mother decided to move to a different city. The treatment seemed better, she told him.
"Will I see you again?" Asher asks hopeful.
"Maybe not in this lifetime, but I hope in the next. You pinky promised to show me the ocean after all. And pinky promises are always kept." Kale replies with a bittersweet smile.
And that's how Asher's summer love came to an end.

One child aged between 12 and 17 from 17 countries was picked in tournament known as “Trials of the Gods” in purpose of picking mortal-Olympus emissary. Children are sent into a forest, in words of the gods.
Rules:
1. 16 out of 17 children will be picked by a god and will represent said god in the Trials
2. Gods are allowed to gift their champion their ability but can not actively get them food, water or be active participant in a fight; breaking this rule results in participant's execution
3. Gods can not interact with participants aside from their champion; breaking this rule results in participant's execution
4. Particapants can not get resources from the outside of "arena", breaking this rule results in participant's execution
5. Particapants are allowed to kill each other with anything, in any way, at any point
6. Participants are either picked in lottery or volunteered
