Summary
The movie Labyrinth is a small window into a much larger world of the fae. Drawing from folklore and mythology, and expanding the Underground to show many more kingdoms, this verse explores that world through the eyes of Sarah Williams. At fifteen, she made an incredible journey to recant one selfish wish, but inadvertently changed her life forever - and the life of a fae king who never guessed there might be a human woman out there with a will as strong as his own.
The main three fics - Draw Your Swords, And My Kingdom as Great, and Like a Raging Storm (forthcoming) - explore Sarah's return to the Labyrinth almost fifteen years after her first run, and the ramifications of her second run. The smaller fics illustrate the series' past, or illuminate interesting moments in the characters' lives that didn't make it into the regular fic.
