He didn't believe in ghosts, spirits, deities, or demons. Especially demons and the horrifying myths and challenging games that attempted to prove their physical and spiritual presence. There was simply no factual evidence to support them, and he was completely fine accepting the truth that these creatures would never exist anywhere but in people's imaginations.
But when Jesse finds a dog and things start. . . happening. . . Lukas has to accept all this. For Jesse's sake, and his own. Their lives depend on it.
