My name is Erenville.
When a mass migration into Eorzea occurred in Year 5, I was 211 years old, give or take. I am a male Viera, a studied biologist, and a cultural anthropologist with my focus being ethnography. I'm intrigued by traditions, narratives, and the beings called Dragons. I am a representative of Dravania from the House of Ehskdhyr Al. The House of Ehskdhyr Al, or 'Promised Change', is an initiative to further bridge the chasm between Dragons and Ishgard. Hopefully this House reaches all corners of Ethierys for the betterment of dragonkind.
I shall treat this journal as both a personal and academic outlet, but by no means should anything be taken as ultimate truth on any topic I reflect on.
These are my anecdotes and experiences, for all the value this bestows. I will not put forth effort to write in a fashion more approachable or acceptable-- this is, first and foremost, a diary. Frankness will be well exercised.
this journal is but one of many I am sure to fill. I am not sure to what end it will serve, or if its contents will one day reach beyond my eyes, but I feel it necessary to pen down life as I remember it, and life as I'm living it.
