When Quackity had died, Las Nevadas had fallen of its throne. With enemies had already been made, the worst and most corrupted and overpowered individuals had been on their tail for two decades.
While their boss had reincarnated it’s a regular human two dimensions away and living his life happily with his daughter Tilin, the remains of Las Nevadas had finally found a way to bring their leader back.
Las Nevadas wanted a family reunion, the four great nations had other plans .

“No alcohol?” Quackity asked with an eyebrow raised. The normal celebration for a birthday in L’Manburg (at least for those about 21) was to have some kind of alcoholic drink. Quackity knew he collapsed black out drunk the last two birthdays he’d had.
“Alcohol is very flammable,” Karl gave Sapnap an extremely pointed look. The raven gave him an apologetic look.
“But… can’t Sapnap control his flames?” The avian glanced between his two boyfriends.
“Apparently not when intoxicated,” Karl sighed.
“Not since the Coffee Table Incident.”

Tommy knows he's always bounced homes because of his ability, that's why he hates the rich.
But what's bigger than his hate of rich people is his hatred for both heroes and villains. He cannot stand either side, the heroes who cover up missing villains and the villains who do not care about anything.
Hell, he can barely stand other vigilantes but they're the most tolerable.
"Why hasn't anyone destroyed both sides? Without one, what's the other?" Great question, a great question Tommy can give the whole city an answer to.

Ever since Nightmare had been thrown into Pandora’s Vault, his allies had been in hiding, no one making a move. Almost at the drop of a hat, Las Nevadas fell. Kinoko Kingdom stopped producing weapons and returned to handhelds. Flame and Slumber slipped into the shadows without leaving even a whisper of a breakout plan. As far as the city was concerned, life went back to how it used to be.

Okay, maybe he has caused a bit of trouble. But trouble is his middle name (not legally)! Tommy is a crime fighting mastermind at night, but during the day he works at a little bakery for a bit of extra cash. It's there where he slowly befriends the three villains coming after him. Will they uncover his big secret? Who knows?

Phil was happy with his life. His small family-with just him, Wilbur and Techno was always enough for him. However when he gets a phone call one night from a friend from work who asks if he could take in a young boy who had recently been experimented on to be given avian traits, he can’t bring himself to say no.
Tommy was far from happy with his life. The constant tests, the unfair punishments and the not knowing wether the experiments would work or if he would be blamed again. So when he’s offered a home, he hesitantly takes it, wanting to see what it was like to be apart of a family.

Tommy saw that his phone was ringing when he was about to close up the bakery he was working at.
What the-
It was an unknown number.
Tommy answered the call.
Not knowing that it would change the rest of his life.
“Hello?” Tommy said holding his phone up to his right ear.
“Is this the vigilante, Disproportion?” The voice asked.
“Yeah, that me.” Tommy answered. “Who’s this?” Tommy asked the voice.
“I would like to present you a deal, if you would like to meet me tonight at sunrise.” The voice presented.
Tommy knew from experience, that if he were to wake up earlier then the time he had his alarm set, then he could be cranky, and tired the entire rest of the day…
He found this out the hard way.
“Yeah… sorry, but I can’t do that.” Tommy replied to the voice.
The caller sighed.
“Do you know where Karl’s Bakery is, in Las Navadas?” The caller asked.
This fucking bitch! He was literally closing up!
“Yeah? Why you askin’?” Tommy asked the caller.
“Meet me by the booth that’s in the left corner of the bakery.” The caller said before they hung up.

Dream sighed as he heard Tommy begin crying, the boy was only 16, locked in Pandora’s vault forever. The song seemed to sing to a part of him, and it also seemed like he had been avoiding it. When Tommy suppressed a sob, Dream knew that it was bad. He was quick to slip from his bed, ignoring the small beeps that came from his wrists of the power suppressants. He sat beside Tommy and wrapped his arms around him protectively.
Finally found an apartment
“It hurts, Dream, it hurts.” Tommy sobbed, and Dream felt pain hit his heart. This boy was like his younger brother, and whereas Dream had been a villain, Tommy had been going places. He had been doing well for himself and his brothers. Dream vowed to break Tommy out, so he could return to saving people, and return to his brothers.
