Kenny is homeless, spending all his time at work and friend's houses, using the local gym to take showers and to pass the time when he's not working, resulting in a large transformation of his body and face, making him almost unrecognizable.
Butters is also homeless, kicked out by his abusive father and resorted to selling himself to make money, staying with friends until he can get his own place.
The two haven't talked in years.
Chances are, these two young adults' paths will cross eventually. But the reunion happened way sooner than they thought.
