Hermione Granger walked through the doors in a flurry of curls and haste. She clasped Parvati's hands and exchanged cheek kisses, as she ushered her to the small make-up chair. "I'm so sorry I'm late, we had an emergency..." He was unable to hear the rest of the conversation. He allowed his gaze to linger over her for a moment. It had been at least a year since he’d seen her more than passing in the Ministry’s Atrium. She was flushed, clearly from rushing to get to the shoot. Her hair was tamed in loose curls cascading down her back. She was wearing a petite black suit and heels. Everything fit to perfection and Draco noticed his body responding in turn. She shifted in her chair and her wool blazer opened to reveal a bodysuit, lace trailed down her body and dipped to a low plunging neckline. It wasn’t often he was rendered speechless by former enemy swots.
Merlin, fuck.

She gave him an ‘are you mad?’ look. “No, I burnt down my office,” she said exasperatedly, as if it should’ve been obvious, and he tried to refrain from giving her an ‘are you mad?’ look in return.
