KyotoJohto as the cultural center it is, and fully embracing the fish-out-of-water aspect of a transmigration.Alas, the train would not leave the station. Written May-July 2024.

You have no idea what to do, or where to go. You’re barely staying afloat. There’s this Espeon following you that seems to know you, but… The only other thing you've got is a bank account with an absurd amount of cash.
How would you find answers?
A prototype snippet for a Pokémon isekai story, written May 2024. Occurring about a fourth of the way in. (I know, I know...everyone and their dog's writing Pokémon isekais these days.)

Summary
Reid finally did it. He completed 100% of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. Every connection, every treasure, maxed out rank, all of it was done. Satisfied of his achievement, he decided that this was a fitting end to enjoying the series. However, the universe had other plans for him, and now that he unwillingly took the place of his fully evolved starter, he found himself in a world he thought he knew everything about.
Now... How will he deal with the consequences he inadvertently created?

Summary
As a very exasperated ex-musician-turned-starving-artist, you often faced difficulties trying to make ends meet. Fleeing the monotonous drone of the suburbs into a quaint, idyllic little town nestled deep in the countryside, one thing leads to another before snowballing into something else entirely, and you soon fall seamlessly into the role as caretaker of your neighbor’s child, Niko.
Happiness comes in small packages, you learn with time, as Niko and their sunny radiance just may have been the inspiration you needed to not only mend your artistic slump, but fill your life with that much-needed bliss.
