Guess who decided they wanted to revisit the Criminal Minds world of writing? This guy! I've been working in an area that has me thinking a lot about the plot of another C.M. fic, so here we go again!
An emergency landing put them back in Prineville, of all places, three years after their first visit. The team, (who is made up of my favorite characters just because I refuse to follow the rules of death) decides that while they wait for their plane to be repaired, they want to catch up with some old friends. And find NCIS in town, investigating another string of brutal, confusing murders, also being investigated by a "private investigator," a bounty hunter. When an old mutual friend turns up among the bodies, the BAU team is determined to help the NCIS team and the hunter find the killer, and bring him in. Or at least, bring him down. Because you don't mess with the feds. Or the Montanans. Or the Oregonians. Much less all three.

In Han’s perfectly honest opinion, Luke Skywalker had to be the biggest trouble magnet in the whole damn galaxy. It wasn’t as if someone simply painted a target on the kid’s back, no, it was worse. It was like the kid had a whole neon sign pointing at him that seemed to attract every bounty hunter and Imp in the galaxy. Frankly, Han didn’t know what happened. One moment he was in the middle of a shoot-out, the next he was waking up in the dingiest med-bay he'd ever seen on some random swamp planet forgotten by the rest of the galaxy.
And of course, the only person capable of getting them off the planet looked like some washed-up spice dealer. This was all Luke's fault.

He deserved to be thanked. He deserved to be thanked for spending twenty years of his life in this hellhole day after day. He deserved to be thanked for keeping people safe from the monsters inside it’s walls. Maybe he should show them just what those monsters were capable of. Two FBI agents were coming to the prison for an interview. An interview in A-Block. His block. It was perfect. He was done being ignored. Tomorrow they would see him. And they would never forget him.
