Summary
Time changes.
Most of us are blissfully unaware when our past is rewritten. El-Aurians, however, and certain humans whose psionic potential has been catalyzed by them, maintain awareness, sometimes even memories, of the past as it once was. A war rages across time for the fate of the Galaxy, the Federation, and Earth.
Recently remarried and reunited with his daughter, Leonard McCoy doesn't have any goddamn time for any of that. Half the time, it's all he can do to prevent his husbands from blowing themselves up, or getting thrown half-naked into an antique prison cell (again) and getting hypothermia. And as if all that and a time war weren't enough, there are mischievous omnipotent beings, tiny invertebrate assholes swarming the ship, and planets full of mobsters and gladiators.

Summary
Number One says that Captain Pike is utterly unsentimental about everything but horses. Pike would add, "and Spock." After the Vulcan Science Officer lost track of his brother Sybok, and his sister, Michael Burnham, went to the 32nd century, he became estranged from his parents. That was when Pike made Spock his own personal problem.
When Una Chin-Riley is offered her own ship, Pike acquires a second problem: his new First Officer, James Kirk.
Note: I started writing this before SNW was announced as an upcoming series. The SNW-ish elements were drawn from "Short Treks" and Disco. I tried to creatively imagine what Pike's crew would look like, and while I was weirdly on point about certain aspects, I was wildly wrong about others. Just think of it as a season of SNW-Alternative.
Advisory: The first four chapters are relatively light and cracky. The second set of four gets into heavy topics. The third set of four might be difficult for sensitive readers.

Summary
“Leonard?” Spock called out. He sounded frail.
McCoy looked at him. The poor man just seemed so tired, so worn down. Whereas McCoy defaulted to anger when he was grieving, Spock was so given to denial that he refused to even visit the place in the cemetery where Jim’s body should have been. They had a bond, Leonard and Spock. A deep one. He could sense the hole in Spock’s heart, a pain he knew would never cease. Not just because Jim was gone, but because of all the words left unspoken. He did what he could, of course, distracting him, being a clown, getting up to mischief, engaging him in banter.
But right now in particular, it was bad. It was real bad. He never should've dragged Spock out for the launch.
“It’s nothing, Spock,” McCoy told him. “Just my mind playing tricks on me, that’s all.”
“Pardon,” a female voice said from behind him. “I believe I would be the nothing you’re looking for.”

After the launch of the Enterprise-D, Bones travels back in time to mend James Kirk's broken heart, and falls in love with Spock all over again. Set after Kirk's accident as depicted in Generations, but Kirk is back in chapter 2.

Summary
What if, shortly after vanishing, Discovery had re-appeared, having spent almost a decade in the 32nd century?
Each work in the series is a collection of short stories, each of which has a discrete plot. The overarching plot is of McSpirk getting together, coming out as a triad and as themselves, and using the power of their bond to kick the ass of intergalactic evil. Everyone loves each other so damned much it's disgusting.
Featuring Spooky!Bones and Spock growing past self-loathing to slowly become a happy person. Jim is just Jim (brash, hot-headed, falls in love like a fairytale princess). Nyota Uhura is dainty, femme, a lesbian, and definitely smarter than you. Dr. M'Benga is a frequent supporting character, and is Co-CMO with McCoy. There's a Chief of Security character I created, Henry Rowe, based on the security officer in I, Mudd.
The Disco crew only makes temporary appearances and does not feature in every story. The final installment unpacks how this timeline diverged from Prime, when, and why.
