Summary
Au where after the death of Earth, Humanity splits itself among the stars.
The Star Wars part of the universe is known as the Imperial Galaxy due to the empire's influence, most of humanity has been knitted into and have crossed with the locals of the imperial galaxy, most are not entirely human
The Autobots have won the war long ago, Cybertron and it's colonies restored. A large section of humanity lives with it, just about unchanged from what we know today.
Cybertronians foster human connections due to their lack of offspring during the war. Force sensitive humans feel like their sparklings, and Sith feel like very sick sparklings.
Cybertronian humans are shorter on average, energon resistant, and are not adapted to hyperdrive travel. They are largely monocultural due to living with the Cybertronians for so long. Force use is rare, but force sensitivity is about the same as imperial humans.
Imperial humans are taller, have a large variety of variations in their DNA, and come in a variety of extra pigments, organ systems, and cultural backgrounds.
