Mina told him to get back in the dating pool, so that’s what he did. Kirishima picked out some random guy online to heed his friends wishes. He wasn’t expecting the be left waiting for his date for over an hour in some random ramen shop called Dynamight Ramen, what a weird name.
Bakugo couldn’t stop staring at the most beautiful man he’d ever seen in his life. The guy kept looking at the door like a kicked puppy, waiting on someone who wasn’t coming. So Bakugo took matters in his own hands. He called the redhead to him, and did what he did best, he made a mean bowl of ramen.
Kirishima finds his new favorite restaurant, Bakugo has his first crush, and a mess of feelings ensues from there...

Katsuki narrowed his eyes.
“Ah. Well, anyway, good luck with the game today!”

“Yeah yeah, you’re all big and bad and everyone else is afraid to play against you.”
“You’re not?” Katsuki tilted his head.
“Course not! You’re a good challenge, but that doesn’t make you scary. Besides, losing’s not the end of the world or anything. It’s about the fun of the game,” Red—Kirishima?—said.
“Right,” Katsuki replied, biting back a laugh. This guy really was an idiot. “Can’t wait to smoke you on the court.”
“Sure, man! It’ll be a blast.”
Kirishima walked off, waving him goodbye. Katsuki stood there for a second, heart pounding in his chest. That guy pissed him off, but he’d use it as good fuel. He bent down to sip water, rising to wipe his mouth when finished.
Today, he was gonna wipe that fucking grin off that asshole’s face, and it would be a blast.

No one ever argues back with Bakugo. They are always too scared of his temper, but this guy, this spiky haired idiot, confidently bit back at him. Whatever. Bakugo wasn't there for some shitty mechanic to push his buttons, he was there to race.
Katsuki loved to race; he loved feeling the exhilaration run through his veins when he passed another car. The way his stomach turned when he went around a corner, the feeling of victory after wiping the floor with everyone.
He put his foot to the gas, immediately passing other cars turning and going as fast as he could. Feeling the familiar rush in his blood, the same sparks in his veins. The risk of the sport pushing him further. He knew he could race forever. Get lost in time, faster and faster forever.
