Becoming a vulture is the most prestigous position in the cult of Fear, and Clarimonde achieved that years ago. Spending her days tending to the sick, she always kept her head down and out of controversy, focusing all her energy on the family she holds dear.
But as her worldview shatters, and her choices no longer protect those dearest to her, she finds herself in a crisis of faith. And perhaps, the apocalypse within a month's time.
She's just a vulture after all, frail and certainly no warrior. But as she scrambles to avert the world's fate, new knowledge and new forces make themselves known. And in her darkest moment, she finds strength she never knew she was capable of.
And a side of herself she never wanted to see.

Of course, the only world Poe cared about recently was the one with Ranpo. Meeting again after six years had allowed the two to grow closer. Well, closer isn’t really the right word. They weren't close. They were barely acquaintances. Poe was jealous of and hated Ranpo. However, when meeting again, something was different. There was still a rivalry but despite it all they became friends. Poe began writing stories solely for Ranpo. Using his gifts and talents just to please the other and make him smile.

The portal back to Earth closes and Gordon’s on the wrong side.
Everyone else made it out but him. Gordon stands alone on the planet of Xen and realizes just how far away he is from everything and everyone he knows. Xen has thousands of beings who will try and kill him the second they see him and Gordon can try to survive all he likes but with so little knowledge of Xen, they’re going to catch up to him eventually.
In order to survive, Gordon will need a guide or at the very least, an ally of some sort. Fortunately, there is one being on Xen he knows who might be able to help.
Unfortunately, it’s the same guy Gordon just tried to kill.

They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.
