Summary
“Jaskier,” Geralt finally says, hardly louder than a whisper, and the sound of his voice burns its way deep into Jaskier’s chest.
He wants this to feel like victory, but it just hurts. He bites his tongue to hold back the relief and turns it into spite; he can’t be heartbroken if he’s angry.
---
Geralt comes to apologize, and as much as Jaskier wants to hate him for what he's done, he can't.

Summary
“Oh. It’s you.”
The elf lets out a small, nervous giggle, his ears twitching with some repressed emotion. He’s not wearing as much makeup as he was last night, but the sparkly eyeliner still highlights his hazel eyes impressively. The smattering of freckles across his cheeks is even more attractive when Kravitz can see it properly. He feels warmth in his chest, a vague repeat of the night he isn’t sure he remembers correctly. The elf takes a single step back from Kravitz, twisting his employee’s apron into a knot between his hands.
“Look, homeboy doesn’t want any trouble, if you’re mad you can just, uh-”
Kravitz smiles easily, before he can think better of it. Or think at all, for that matter. “It’s Taako, right? You stole my heart.” -

Summary
The edges of Draco’s vision are blurred and fading. His body feels like ice. He thinks he’s going to die. He really, really hopes that he’s going to die. If Draco dies at the hand of Harry Potter, he’ll have an excuse for his failure. He’ll be free of his contract; he won’t have to murder Dumbledore, or live in fear of Greyback, or worry about his mother being left alone in the Manor with the Dark Lord while his father serves a sentence in Azkaban.
Draco welcomes death eagerly.

Summary
Geralt doesn't believe in destiny. He refuses to believe in destiny. Except for the fact that Ciri believes in destiny enough for the both of them, and she won't stop until Geralt believes, too.
-----
“I thought you traveled with a bard.”
Geralt feels his shoulders stiffen. He forces himself to relax before flicking his golden gaze from the roasting rabbit to Ciri’s pale face. She watches him intently, as if she knows he won’t answer unless she pesters him about it. He heaves a sigh and turns the spit. Grease drips from the rabbit and hisses in the flames.
“Not always,” he grunts, hoping it will be sufficient.
But Ciri is bright and far too insightful for Geralt.
“People tell stories about you,” she says, choosing her words carefully. “Not about you and Yennefer, but about the Witcher and a bard. The White Wolf and his barker.” -

Summary
When Dean was fifteen, his parents got divorced. When he was eighteen, the end of the world began. At twenty, he’s settled into the rhythm of apocalyptic farm life. That is, until an angel crash-lands in his wheat field, half dead, and asks for his help. Dean’s whole world changes when Castiel enters it. He finds himself struggling to keep Castiel a secret as he nurses him back to health, learns the truth about the apocalypse, and unwittingly begins to fall for the fallen angel. Just when Dean thinks he might be able to convince Castiel to stay, a storm forms in the west, beckoning Castiel to the last fight for the end of the world.
---
“Just remember,” she says, “angels are watching over you.”
It’s the same thing that Mary has said for Dean’s entire life, each time she would tuck him in for bed or leave him behind with John. As Dean watches her walk to the truck and drive away with his grandfather, he can’t help but feel that it means something entirely different now.

Summary

Summary
Lovina and Antonio started dating when they were 17. And they stopped when they were 23. She spends Valentine's Day alone for the first time in a long time, despite the 'mystery' person who's been texting her all day and sending her gifts. A story that started in highschool ends and opens up a new chapter; one where all Lovina's friends are getting married and she's still single. Even though that could change at any moment.
Disclaimer: I own nothing other than the plot. Also this is set so that it starts in February 2013, and so all the dates I use will be from the 2013 calendar. And I don't know how long it's going to last, not for sure. But please enjoy! -
