Unfortunately, Heaven did not take too kindly to a sinner killing Adam, nor the fact that Lucifer had to get involved. He has been summoned to Heaven not by Sera, but by Michael.

Something was not right with Heaven, that much she knew. Charlie glanced at the crumpled letter Lucifer had left behind, and felt dread grip her throat. What else was Heaven lying about?

Summary
One of Urahara's experiments may have lightly exploded. By lightly, it has now affected all of Karakura town.
Which means people can now see spirits (temporarily). Which means that they can also see Shinigami and hollows. Which means Ichigo can feel a headache starting to form.
At least he could talk to his non-humans friends without looking like a nut-case.

When the Axolotl has a new treatment plan for him, Bill almost cries in relief. Surely, Sixer's bleeding heart will help him, right? Their past shouldn't hold them back from moving forward. Water under the bridge and all that jazz!
Ford would help him. Bill was sure of that. Ford would always serve him. Now, until the end of time.

Mutant turtles that saved their city from weird aliens most likely does not top the list for "Five Strangest Things Seen Living in NY.”
The New Yorkers, however, are very protective of their resident turtles.

“I’m in love with Satoru,” Suguru says again.
“So you’ve said,” Shoko says, sounding wearier than she has any right to be. “You want the good news or the bad news?” Suguru opens his mouth to answer, but Shoko apparently deems the answer unnecessary as she continues. “The good news is I’ve figured out what’s wrong with you, the bad news is that you probably won’t like it.”
Suguru stares at Shoko, hoping he doesn’t have to vocalize his obvious question.
“Whatever’s blocking your cursed energy also has the ability to stop you from saying certain things—specifically, lies,” she clarifies. “Basically, your body is forcing you to tell only the truth for the time being.” She shrugs. “If you try to resist, well. You know what happens.”
Suguru continues staring at Shoko.
“So it’s true, then?” he says slowly. “I’m in love with Satoru?”
