Jason grins, sharp and feral. “Human traffickers, baby. Looking for someone young and pretty to round out their next shipment. We know where they’re gonna hit tonight and SHIELD’s already nabbed the buyers, so we don’t even need to leave anyone alive once we locate the rest of the merchandise.”
And, yeah, there’s a lot of things about the job that Jason likes, but this scenario is pretty much custom made for him. He seems to get a very specific sort of satisfaction from playing all dewy-eyed and vulnerable, letting the bad guys think they have the upper hand, and then raining deadly fury down on their heads.
Well, Bucky thinks philosophically, everyone needs a hobby.

Summary
This is what happens when you get two people with biology/anthropology backgrounds contemplating the environmental stressors necessary to actually cause the development of Omegas and Alphas (with a side of both people having a fondness for kidfics). We’re working on writing a full explanation of how our particular A/B/O world works but, for now, the basics:
- There are no female Omegas and no male Alphas.
- There are no heats or knots. Omegas undergo menstruation three times a year, with only a slight increase in horniness beforehand.
- There are four different sexes in this universe: male, female, omega, alpha.
- The gender spectrum and sexuality spectrum are just as diverse as in our world.
- Some words that we associate as feminine or masculine, simply because we only have two sexes, are not necessarily so in this universe. More in depth explanation is at the end of the fic.
- Just to simplify this universe, “straight” is defined as ‘someone who can get pregnant’ + ‘some who can impregnate’. Think of it as procreosexual instead of heterosexual.The Series name is from The Last Jedi

First fic in the series is “Reinvention”, Summary: “Hatake Kakashi was missing.
It almost seemed absurd, the idea of an S-class ANBU shinobi going missing, but it was the truth nonetheless. Obito was… irked.”Second fic in the series is “Out of the Storm”, Summary: “Kakashi’s stomach twisted. There was only one thing in his medical files that would interest Danzo this much. There was only one thing Kakashi had kept a complete secret.
Now the only question was, why was Danzo interested in the fact that Kakashi was an Omega?”Kakashi has a child made of his and Obito’s DNA, goes through the process of mentally dealing with that and having his kid, and Gai, Tsunade, Sizune, Saratobi Hiruzen/Hokage help him and his son as the two live in a cabin just outside of Konoha secretly while those in the city try to take out Danzo. Obito learns he has a child, and watches secretly, eventually realizing he loves him more than the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan. Dramatic fight as Danzo finds the kid, Obito protects him and kills Danzo, and Obito afterwards having a heart attack due to the seal on his heart rather than pain he’s had recurringly. Tsunade heals him, Kakashi learns he’s alive but hasn’t seen or talked to him yet.
Warm, cute aspects, slightly thoughtful, caring, good characterization and character interaction, well written.
