Summary
While awaiting Aragorn's coronation in Minas Tirith, Legolas's attempts to woo Gimli in a very elvish fashion have failed. Unfortunately for Legolas, Gimli is not an elf, and had no idea what was going on. Legolas sets out to get help from the others in an attempt to uncover the secretive ways of dwarfish courting, so that Legolas may reveal his intentions to Gimli in a way that he will understand and appreciate.

in their defense, kageyama and hinata thought they made it very clear they got engaged in their first year at karasuno. hinata even got on his knee and proposed to kageyama in the clubroom. if that wasn’t enough proof, the two of them had even bought an apartment together when hinata returned from brazil. so, they had no clue why everyone was suddenly freaking out when they received their invitations. it’s been years since their public engagement, after all.

Kenma reluctantly spoons vanilla into his mouth, watching the sun set. And when everything is dusted in stripes of pale orange and purple and gold, he glances at Kuroo’s profile muddled in the shadows of the descending sun, and wonders whether he had somehow accidentally made friends with an impressive sort of boy. The ice-cream melted under his thumb feels maddeningly sticky, like he’ll never wash it away thoroughly enough and it would leave its mark wherever he touched before he could.
Kenma has never really thought of anyone as good-looking before, never really cared enough about these things to notice them. But Kuroo is objectively so, in this light, in this angle—maybe all the time.

BEAUTIFUL FIC ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING SLOW BURN.
Truly captures the highs and lows of their relationship, of their characters, of them as people. The author of this fic understands Tobio and Shoyo in a way that many other kagehina fics don't, and trust me, I've read kagehina, in fact, I have read a l o t of kagehina, and I would dare to say that this is the most beautiful kagehina fic I have ever read. Reading it was a magical experience, the writing is lyrical, poetic, with a non linear narrative that reminded me of some of my favorite books.
Absolutely stunning. In every way possible, this fic is one of my favorite hq fics and I'm so sad I didn't read it earlier.
