Summary
Every weekday for the past three months, the same customer comes in at the same time. So every weekday for the past two months and twenty days, Eddie has had his order ready to go before he even walks in.
The first time the man had come in, he’d dallied a little looking around. Eddie’s used to this, because half the time people come in for coffee or a game, not both, and they get distracted by the other’s existence. This man had lingered by the D&D displays, then he’d come up to the coffee bar, squinted at the thematic menu on the chalkboard on the wall, and asked if they could make a red eye with an extra shot.
And Eddie had beamed with glee and told him, “We call it a Nothic Eye here,” because he’s proud of himself for that one.
The man had chuckled and Eddie’s knees had weakened at the sound.
OR:
The Party asks Eddie to host a Valentine's Dance at his game store/coffee shop. And Eddie does, because he cannot say no to them.

Summary
And as Steve drives home, he knows what he should be thinking. He should be so proud of himself for having this breakthrough. He should be wildly excited that he had a productive conversation with the opposite sex - or anybody, for that matter. He should be patting himself on the back on the prospects of being Just Friends with Nancy Wheeler instead of gaining another number to his dumb body count list. He should be reveling in the news that he is capable of change. But Steve’s not thinking about any of those really wonderful things. He’s only thinking about one thing:
‘Nancy’s little bother called me douchey-looking-hair-guy, and I cannot wait to tell Eddie Munson.’
Or:What if Steve Harrington had found himself in detention with Eddie Munson on the day he was supposed to take Nancy Wheeler on their first date? How drastically different would his life be?

Summary
The first time the cute metalhead came into the Waystation, Steve was on bar and didn't catch his name. Fortunately for Steve, he came in again the next day at the same time with the same order and Steve was on register.
His name was Eddie.
One of Steve's favorite parts of the job was getting to talk to beautiful people. Not everyone was, of course, but a few times a day someone with long curly hair or beautiful eyes or a charming smile would come in, and Steve would let himself fall in love with them for thirty seconds and then never see them again and it was fine. It was fun. It was harmless.
But Eddie had all of those things that Steve was a sucker for, and he kept coming back.

Summary
Eddie was standing in Steve’s modest kitchen, humming a tune, and bouncing slightly on his feet as he made what looked like… omelets? The humming sounded like something he played while they smoked, like Metallica. He was facing away from Steve while he toiled away at the stove. His hair was damp, so he’d obviously showered while Steve was out cold; the messy curls were pulled into a low pony, just to quickly get them out of the way for cooking.
What made Steve’s throat go dry and his heart stall, though, was what Eddie was lacking. That being clothing. Of any sort.Or; Eddie has become impatient so he seduces his man by wearing a towel to cook breakfast. With some adorable background info, but no hard plot.

Summary
“You are immediately, horribly down bad for our neighbor.” Robin stated, staring him in the eyes. “It’s amazing. He was flirting with you so hard, your face is the same shade as our sign.” He assumed she meant the red “Right Side Up” on their main sign, and he rolled his eyes.
“He wasn’t flirting with me, Robin. He was being nice. We’re neighbors.” Steve attempted to walk back towards his office, but Robin boxed him in. “Denial isn’t a good look on you, Steve.”
Or; Steve owns a quaint little shop downtown. His new neighbor, the owner of a Tattoo parlor, is stupidly distracting. And infuriatingly attractive.

Summary
—ends with a date with Steve Harrington.
-
How an unfortunate event during a drug deal with Billy Hargrove ends with Eddie landing a date with Steve Harrington.
-
"Shit, shit, shit.
Eddie had more than half a mind to leave—to cut his loss on being caught and hope that the guy keeps this whole thing to himself. The metalhead can’t be sure he even knows the guy from how far away they had parked from the back of the mall—and, even if Eddie’s and Billy’s vehicles are pretty recognizable in Hawkins, who was to say that this guy was from Hawkins or if he even knew either Billy or Eddie?
He should go. He should leave. He should never agree to do another drug deal anywhere semi-public again.
But Billy looks pretty pissed—and the blonde is on some pretty heavy steroids. This random ass guy that was unlucky enough to catch them in the act of an exchange didn’t deserve to get beaten all to shit. Best-case scenario, Eddie is just back up to Billy intimidating the guy into keeping his mouth shut—worse-case scenario, he prevents a murder from happening during one of his own drug deals.
Yeah, murder would be bad for business."

"You pussied out. AGAIN." Nancy scolded over the line, and Steve frowned. "Come on Nance-", "Nuh uh. Don't you 'Nance' me. Johnathan's gonna be home from work in what, two hours tops? I suppose you should get yourself ready." "But-", the line went dead and Steve was left gawking stupidly at the phone. He REALLY wasn't getting out of this one.

“I’m just impressed that an illustrious hetero such as Steve can keep calm in here. I’m sure too much gay shit is hard on his delicate sensibilities,” Eddie said with a smirk.
“You that worried about my delicates, Munson?” Steve said, holding Eddie’s gaze as he took a sip of his drink.
“Just worried that you don’t know how to behave yourself when you’re not in your own kingdom, your highness.” Eddie replied with a flourish of his hand.
Both Robin and the bartender choked laughing at this, while Steve was just left looking vaguely amused.

It just seemed normal to Steve, to have days where he felt more feminine versus masculine. To have days where he honestly just didn't care. To have weeks where for some reason, everything he wore felt completely wrong.

Summary
"He told her about this pull he’s always had towards pretty things. Not just because he likes pretty girls, but because he wants to be pretty like them. He wants the skirts that move when he walks and flows around him, and the makeup that he can change everyday to whatever mood he's feeling. The nail polish, not so much, but he had liked it once, maybe he could again. He doesn't want it all the time, but he wants it enough that he knows it's not the norm."
or, Steve likes pretty things, wants to be a pretty thing, but Eddie thinks he's already there.

“I — I don’t like being called Steve. It’s nicer when you call me Stevie.”
“Your name’s Steve, though,” Robin added helpfully. Steve didn’t know what he’d do without a friend to remind him what his goddamn name is.
“Thank you for that,” Steve grumbled.

It started with the long navy skirt that Carol’s mother got her for her thirteenth birthday.
Well, maybe it started a lot earlier. Maybe it started with Steve being both Tommy and Carol’s first kiss, or maybe it started with Steve always wanting to play house, or maybe it never really ‘started’ in the first place. Maybe this was just always who he was.
But Carol thinks it really started with that long navy skirt.

Summary
“Henderson, I fucking told you, it’s dangerous to be here tonight, why can’t you stay a night on your own hou-” The door screeches when the owner of the cabin opens it as much as the chain allows it to reveal a guy, not older than himself, with the prettiest face Eddie has ever seen. He has a squared jaw and pointy nose, and the volumest, softest, caramel brown mane framing his face, strands pointing everywhere as if someone has spent the last hour tugging at his hair.
“-se… You’re not Henderson,” the guy confirms, looking at Eddie with a shocked look in his light brown eyes behind the frame of his round glasses, brows raised to his hairline.
“Uhm, no, I’m afraid not… I’m Edward Munson, but everyone calls me Eddie, you can call me Eddie too if you want,” he starts rambling, unable to take his eyes off this handsome stranger and wondering if his luck is changing at last.
“You shouldn’t be here, go away,” the stranger growls at Eddie with a deep, dangerous voice that makes Eddie’s nape hairs stand on point and, holy fuck, other parts of Eddie’s anatomy are showing interest, too.
