Summary
When the Time Twins use the Iron Doom to change the outcome of a battle 40 years ago, Lloyd tags along in an attempt to stop them. As a result, Lloyd is lost in the time vortex, and finds himself in the body of his 9-year-old self, freshly kicked out of Darkley’s Boarding School, with all of his memories and experience from the future. Unable to return to his time, Lloyd instead becomes determined to change the future for the better.

So it couldn’t be a recent version of the Bounty, which doesn’t make any sense, and the two of them pause.
“You mean like how it was before it got trashed by the Great Devourer or whenever it got destroyed the first time?” Lloyd asks, looking at her incredulously, and Nya nods mutely.

Jason glanced back, the annoyed barb on his tongue threatening to slip out with well yes I can fly, but, “I’m not leaving you behind!”
The words come out vaguely winded even for someone with Jason’s physique, and the glance back confirmed what Jason had thought—Nico was lagging behind. And, no yeah, the aliens were still chasing them.
“I can SHADOW TRAVEL,” Nico roared, and Jason was briefly glad to realize that his friend was comfortable enough around him to yell at him before processing the words.
Oh. Yeah, that checked out.
Or: Jason and Nico go on a road trip. They end up horribly off the beaten path.

"I wish I could leave. I don't think I can handle this anymore," she choked out, her voice coarse. Sebastían looked into her eyes, as if he tried staring into her soul. He measured his next words carefully, "..Who says you can't?"
