Kainé rolled her eyes, then sat on the ground to sort through the mess of crunchy leaves. “This is antidotal weed. It’s good for curing common types of poison. Spider bites, scorpion stings. I don’t know how it works, I just know that’s what it does.”
“Oh.” Nier perked up. “We should definitely hold onto that, then.”
Weiss still seemed uneasy. “Something tells me that isn’t the only reason she expressed an interest in it…”

It’s got Trevor wondering at what Alucard is doing in his own spare time, which is, well, horrifying; and it really does spook him to such a degree he’s walking out the shithole of a town they’re at and into the woods to stare at his own face in a lake and ask himself what the fuck does he think he’s doing.
Alucard's legs must be tired from all the running around he's been doing in Sypha and Trevor's minds, in their conversations, and in their bed.

The hotel got worse each step down the hallway. Nicotine stained the walls and ceilings, more smoke than actual color. It was muggy, too, muggy with sweat. And it had a weird smell. Some kind of heady odor that he recognized, but couldn’t quite place. It wafted up from the piles of bedsheets they had to sidestep, tossed outside hotel doors that seemed to all have a do not disturb sign with hearts scribbled on them.
In short, a total shithole.
The search for a drink Cloud and Aerith need to trade for a certain tiara takes longer than expected.
