Afraid the world would take advantage of his gift and take him away from her forever.
But this young boy was growing tired of having to hear about the world from his only friends. Friends his mother didn’t know about. So he was going to ask her if on his 18th birthday she’d allow him to explore the village market as she does and see the world he’s been hiding from for so long.
