For so long she had wanted to believe that her new life would be something better, something out of a storybook. For years she had waited for some destiny to present itself, some grand opportunity that would explain why she of all people had been given a second chance. It never came and she never went looking for it.
Getting reborn into some fantasy world she didn't know with nothing but a head full of songs that don't exist there wasn't exactly what she expected to happen when she kicked the bucket and with no chosen one prophecy slapping her in the face what else is a girl to do with her time but make the most of things.
Of course just because you don't know whats going to happen doesn't mean it isn't going to.
But hey at least no one knows she was just stealing music from people more talented than her.

It's been three years since he left his home and everything he knew, but with a mysterious letter from a benefactor calling him home Joss Baird has no choice but to wade knee deep into a turbulent mess of a mystery he was wants nothing to do with. Armed with nothing but a stick, a less than ideal understanding of the arcane and some weirdo who won't leave him alone he'll have to fall into old habits and work out new ones just to make it out in one piece.
