A new world has begun, and Nara Lavellan must come to terms with the world that has changed around her. Challenged with her own recovery and that of the world, she finds herself at a loss for what her role is now. As she grows stronger, she may discover that the truths she thought she knew may be tested. She and Solas both find themselves in uncharted territory.
This acts as a sequel to Blinded: Part One. Part One covers the significant events that take place two years after Trespasser and Part Two begins just a few months after those events. It can work on its own if you read the chapter notes, but the state of the world has been changed and the characters are learning how to deal with that.

A baffled Inquisitorial Squad is stumped at how to deal with Nara Lavellan after her return from a mysterious trip to Crestwood with Solas. As the Inquisitor seems otherwise occupied, the perspective of the Inquisition shifts to its other leaders. Uncertain of how to deal with her unprecedented distance, Nara Lavellan's council turns to Solas for guidance on how to deal with the Inquisitor.
I've been holding onto this for a while because, frankly, I love adding context to the little bits that we get from what is canon, but it doesn't seem to fit in what my plan is for the whole of the Blinded series, so I wanted to publish it on its own.

When the artifact is stolen, the estranged-lovers-turned-nemeses agree to work together to see it recovered and destroyed. With their own misgivings and distrust following closely on their heels, Lavellan and Solas chase a string of clues across Thedas, through distant memories of Elvhenan, and all the way to the brink of the Void.

He had been so sure that he was keeping himself above it, thinking like one of the Elvhen people, despite walking through the tatters the world had become. He hadn’t realized how deeply it had affected him until the first time he had been intimate with the Inquisitor.

The beauty of free will is that it is as dangerous as it is liberating. The fact that she is most certainly dying is a good enough reason to put that theory to the test as well as push the boundaries of what is and isn't possible in this world. This suits her just fine; friends don't let friends leap off of towers with wax wings on sunny days.
Add in a number of complicated feelings regarding the man she knew as Solas, and it's clear that El'una Lavellan is bound to attract some attention during the course of her swan song. Whether it's wanted or not is something she's going to have to deal with.
