“One moment.” The Angel holds up a finger, popping the door open and looking towards the back of Tommy’s car. He cups a hand to his face. “Boys, get in this fucking car or I’m leaving you behind!”
Tommy twists in his seat, head snapping back to look out his back window and watches as three more men (holy shit, is that the Blade?) come darting towards his car.

Summary
Techno and Tommy are both orphans trying their hardest to survive in a world that seems out to get them, both forced to perform crimes in order to fill their empty stomachs. With Winter fast approaching and talks of the season being harsher than previous ones, Techno shoves down his cautious nature and joins a group that made plans to steal from their nation's castle. Techno just never anticipated that he would find himself thrown in prison alongside his baby brother, awaiting a trial that would determine their future.
Or Technoblade and Tommy find themselves adopted by the Royal Family after attempting to rob them blind.

The man rolled his eyes, as if he didn’t just ask a completely impolite question. “I said, do you have any booze?”
Tommy sat still. He reached into his jacket pocket, his hand finding only a plastic pen. Could he stab this man with a plastic pen?
Tommy pulled said piece of plastic out, visibly holding it up. “I have a pen.” Something about the bemused look on the man's face made Tommy click it, and again, repeatedly.
