Tim had thought he didn't have a soulmate, he didn't seem to have a soul-mark after all. Or at least he had thought.
Soul-marks glow after your soulmate dies. They glow forever after that.
Tim's however kept glowing and not, over and over and over and over again, sometimes for hours, sometimes very shortly. Maybe if he could find his soulmate he could get them to stop dying. But will he get there? Will Bruce actually help him? Will he be cared about enough to finish his search before he is dead forever?
(This is a rewrite and rework of Constellations in your eyes).

Summary
Danny is getting desperate for help at this point.
The GIW has been a growing problem for years now and now that he is High King, despite how young he is, the ghosts are calling for a more permanent solution. Many want war for the ghosts hurt or Ended because of the GIW and the Dr.s Fenton capturing them. The call gets louder when a wild shot with a harpoon gun damages a just be-transformed Danny's arm enough it needs to regrow completely, leaving him trapped in his ghost form to do it.
A suggestion is made to go directly to the Justice League and either ask for help or declare war if it goes wrong. Danny agrees and is given an off-handed remark about taking a hero's ghost to show them exactly how dangerous the GIW and Anti-ecto Acts are to heroes too.

Unbeknownst to him, Tim is hit with Fear Toxin while on a solo patrol. He hears Bruce, Dick, and Barbara discuss their distaste for him, and the fact that he is preventing Jason from coming home.
Hurt, Tim starts a plan to leave the bats and Gotham behind, but he still wants to thank them for what they did for him before he goes. What better gift than speeding up Jason's return home, soon enough that they won't even notice his absence?
