A cult tries to get to the King of Dreams and kidnaps Hob because they know Hob is connected to Dream. Hob can do nothing but to try to hold on, hope he will get out of this hell at some point and not be the reason the cult get his stranger.

“Get from him was every man desires. Immortality. The privilege of never dying, of power, of glory."Bloody hell.
This was bad. Just awful. Hob didn't know who this Morpheus was, but Hob clearly already possessed what they wanted. Not that it would help, as he didn't know how he got immortal in the first place, and the truth of just blurring out nonsense off never dying in a tavern would lead to more pain. This was an utter disaster. If they found out, he was in so much trouble. The one good thing was that apparently, besides his fellowship to this Morpheus guy, they thought him fully ordinary.
Warning This contains a lot of triggers and could make you cry, so be careful. I try to not be to graphic but there is a lot of bad stuff mentioned Warning- Language:
