Summary
In a world where Omegas are treated as worse than even second class citizens, Cas has managed to survive living in "The District". The District is where all umated Omegas, and those without guardians are sent to live. It's a slum where they are easily forgotten. Crime and prostitution abound there. After being tossed out in his first heat, Cas is taken in by a great aunt who lived just long enough for him to secure a teaching degree. After her death he was sent to The District. He avoids aggressive Alphas that would force him into prostitution or claim him against his will. At 40, he doubts he'll ever find his true mate.
Dean is a successful Alpha unlike most others. He respects everyone, but he has held out for years in hopes of finding his true mate. By age 37 he has all but given up, so when he meets a pretty Beta while out shopping and she asks him out, he says yes. He just wants to be happy for once in his life.
When their paths cross, they realize they've finally found their true mate, but someone else says they have a claim on Cas, and things are about to get messy. In order to save Cas once and for all, Dean has to save all Omegas.

It had been a tough year for Jared and Jensen. After years of trying they had finally realised their dream of having a family, only to have it shattered 5 months into Jensen's pregnancy through the careless actions of another. Desperate to have their dream of a family of their own come true they both give IVF treatments one last try. One month later they are given the delightful news that Jared is pregnant with twins.
It's an emotional time for them both and even though they both still mourn the loss of their child they are excited at the prospect of bringing their babies home from the hospital this time. Jensen does his best to look after Jared who is suffering terribly from morning sickness. The job is made difficult when it seems that Jensen is going out in sympathy with Jared. Soon the signs and symptoms are too much to ignore and Jensen gets the shock of his life when he finds out he's pregnant with triplets.
How on earth is Jensen supposed to tell Jared that after all this time of IVF treatments, he has finally managed to conceive naturally and right after Jared has. How do you tell your pregnant and suffering husband that instead of 2 babies in 9 months, there will be 5?

Castiel is a young teacher, just settling in to his first job. On a night out with colleges, he meets an attractive, green-eyed stranger and has a one-night stand with him. In the morning the man is gone and Castiel never expects to see him again. The man did leave him with a parting gift though; Castiel is pregnant. He decides to keep the baby and raise it alone.
Then, on parents evening, he meets the man again and discovers he’s Dean Winchester, the guardian of one of Castiel’s students. Dean is raising his younger brothers after his father died in a car accident. For most people, that would be enough responsibility but Dean is delighted to discover he’s going to be a dad. Castiel finds himself falling for Dean and the future they could build together.
