Summary
In which... Peter's AP Psychology teacher assigns a project centered around fathers and father figures, and Peter has to swallow his pride and fear of rejection to ask the only person in his life that can somewhat qualify under those terms—Tony Stark.
“So… you’re struggling to find a role model?” he says, the hurt exaggerated but the undertone suspiciously genuine. “Because, kid, I’ve got to admit—I’m pretty offended. You’ve got prime real estate sitting right here.”
He gestures to himself, throwing in a dramatic flourish for good measure. “Do you know how many people are lining up, just begging for an interview with the Tony Stark? A lot. And they’re all waitlisted, by the way, because I don’t do interviews anymore.”
Peter glances at him, fighting back a grin. He can already see the spark in Tony’s eye—the itch to climb onto his soapbox and launch into a tirade about how modern interviewers lack imagination. It’s one of Tony’s favorite topics, right up there with “how coffee in America is an abomination” and “the absolute travesty of poorly designed tech.”

They first met on one of Natsu's solo jobs. Perhaps it would be too cliché to say their lives were changed forever, but it was true. Because if anyone had the power to change the course of destiny, it would be this Dragon Slayer and the immortal dark wizard he can't seem to let go.
(Or, a rewrite of Fairy Tail in which Zeref eventually finds a place for himself in the world with Natsu's help and becomes a part of Fairy Tail. Includes revised versions of story arcs such as Nirvana and Edolas, as well as original story arcs I designed for this story.)

Roll the tapes back to 2008, just as Tony Stark went missing. Only this time, the story goes slightly differently because when Tony ends up in that cave in Afghanistan, it's not just alongside Ho Yinsen. This time, he has a reason from within to fight to get back home, and when he does, he's certainly not the Tony Stark the world or his friends remembered -- and he's also not alone.
This is not an original concept, but I wanted to try my hand at rewriting the MCU if Peter was Tony's biological son and had been in the cave with Tony the whole time.
