There was an illness centuries ago on Lasan that was killing all the females but the Lasat found a work around before extinction. They found an inoculation and everything.... kinda went back to normal.
But Zeb has been unlucky with centuries past mutation. But Kallus- his human husband with iron based blood...and him with copper based... shouldn't be an issue... right? I mean, did he even have all the parts?

Clarazeb scowled, her hand was terrible. Her last few credits were on the table and the Ghost really needed this money. There was food to get, fuel and if they could; some medical supplies. She changed out one of her cards and gave a slight grin “Idiots array.” She proudly proclaims as she plays her hands. A few at the table throw their cards down, standing up in frustration and cursing and grumbling. Reaching forward for the pot a voice stops her.
“Not so fast friend” The tan man with a mustache leans forward playing his hand “Sabbac.”
“Karabast!” She growled, ears planning out half in frustration and also in disappointment.
“Do you want to keep playing?” The man gives a sly smile placing 100 credits on the table.Series

Summary
Zeb hasn't been on the Ghost for long. Dealing with the grief, his loss and trying to find his own way to deal. He found a way- but it's not healthy. Having delt with a similar way of coping, Kanan is trying but the once loan wolf gunslinger had found a reason, purpose and it put him back on a track he could be proud of; thanks to Hera. But when he looks to Zeb- is the Lasat even worth saving if he isn't willing to try saving himself? Kanan had his limits and Zeb crossed that line.
Can Zeb find a way to live again or just float like a ghost in no one's memory? He knows he messed up with Kanan and Hera's good will-so maybe he deserves the consequences.Series

Yavin IV was almost quiet with the Ghost crew, the antics left to only Captain Kallus found sleeping at his desk instead of a storage closet with his Husband Captain Orrileos.
Until he comes home- and discovers a unique way to set up a trap for a spy he found in His and Kallus's quarters in the temple. Now the Rebellion has been alerted to a mole in their ranks it's up to our heroes to find this person and what exactly have they been sending the Empire or sabotaging. It appears that Kallus himself has a secret mission- but so does Zeb. Kallus doesn't like secrets kept from him- how will he feel about Zeb's.Series

The planet was ruthless, the snow already drifting against the ship as the wind whipped about the landing struts of the Glimmer. The mountain range just to the south of the ship loomed overhead, the brilliant white sharp peaks dwarfed the ship. Kallus pulled the hood of his jacket up over his ears, squinting into the brilliant white. He looked down at his scanning device and shook his head.
“The ice is still causing more reflective readings, I can’t tell up from down with this damned thing!” he bit back the curses.
“Why not use echos?” Zeb blinked, slitted green eyes looking the landscape over before turning the nearly solid green eyes to Kallus.
“Echo’s?”
“On Lasan, the sand would cause sensor issues as well. We would use the echo’s to try to find caverns or caves, even buried transports.” she pulled her Bo-Rifle from her back popping it to Staff form without igniting it.Series

Zeb stopped short on the ramp of the Ghost apparently just now realizing the state of the weather. Rain, pouring in heavy sheets over the Ghost, blurring the sight of the temple beyond the ship yard. Rebels were dashing back and forth away from the downpour. “Karabast, rain.” His ears drooped.
“Yes Garazeb, it is a *Rain* forest after all.” Kallus quipped starting to head into the rain, glancing back at his dead stopped husband. shielding his eyes from the rain “Zeb” It was a grumpy command for his husband to keep up.
Zeb scowled “But I’m gunna get wet!”
