Days on planets that were spent in nightmare only sometime ago doesn't start off to a good start sometimes immedately after the chaos is over. A nice good sleep arrives when all the horror has faded from the mind. It takes ages, it's a start, the nightmares, getting them, but seeing the ending was achieved of survival and companionship; it helps start the process of nightmares shrinking in activity.
